As an added convenience for our clients, we provide the option of placing medication refill requests online. To process a refill request, simply complete and submit the form below. After your request has been submitted please allow 4-6 hours in order for the prescription to be processed. All requests will require evaluation of the patient's medical history and are therefore subject to denial pending doctor's assessment. We will notify you via e-mail once your pet's prescription is available for pick-up. The prescription will be held for 10 days.
