You can easily schedule wellness exams, vaccinations, and non-urgent sick visits through our portal. For specialized procedures or surgeries, please call us directly so we can provide specific instructions.
What should I do if my pet has an urgent issue?
Online booking is for routine care only. If your pet is experiencing an emergency or a sudden, severe illness, please call us immediately. We prioritize urgent cases and will do our best to see your pet as soon as possible.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans change! You can cancel or reschedule by calling or texting us, least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another pet in need of care
Can I book for multiple pets at once?
Currently, our system requires a separate booking for each pet to ensure we allocate the appropriate amount of time for a thorough exam. If you'd like back-to-back appointments, feel free to give us a call!
